Yvonne Proni Riethmiller joined Schulze Haynes Loevenguth & Co. as a Senior Forensic Accountant in February of 2013. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Ms. Riethmiller has extensive experience in corporate accounting, financial analysis, strategy and planning.

After receiving her Masters Degree in Accounting from Florida International University, Ms. Riethmiller began her career as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche in Miami. While at Deloitte, Ms. Riethmiller worked with a variety of clients including municipal and school boards, hospitals and financial institutions.

In 1996, Ms. Riethmiller joined Internet startup SportsLine.com, where she served in various roles in the accounting and finance departments, including oversight of monthly closings, day-to-day accounting operations and preparation of the annual budget. Ms. Riethmiller also assisted with financial strategy and planning and performed due diligence and analysis on merger and acquisition targets.

In 2003, Ms. Riethmiller joined LNR Property, LLC as a Senior Financial Analyst. While at LNR, Ms. Riethmiller performed analysis related to the company's diversified real estate investments, including commercial real estate debt investments and real estate-related assets and securities.

In 2004, Ms. Riethmiller was recruited back to SportsLine.com as Director of Finance and specifically to oversee the company's Sarbanes Oxley compliance. She remained with the company through its acquisition by CBS.

Recently transplanted to the Los Angeles area, Ms. Riethmiller has also worked as an independent financial and accounting consultant, advising on and implementing accounting systems, as well as providing accounting services to small and medium sized businesses.
