Vivian Tapia joined Schulze Haynes Loevenguth & Co. as Controller and Analyst in June 2012. Ms. Tapia provides analytical services in litigated matters, as well as general accounting and data compilation expertise. Ms. Tapia's responsibilities include administrative and accounting duties for the firm, ranging from client billing and accounts receivable management to accounting and banking, along with database management and assistance on special projects.

Ms. Tapia also serves as an Analyst for the firm on client matters, assisting in document analysis, spreadsheet preparation, graphics and report preparation and review.

Ms. Tapia is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Organizational Leadership, with a concentration in accounting, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Management. In additional to her extensive experience Ms. Tapia has significant technology expertise.

Ms. Tapia is a long time member of the National Notary Association and is fluent in Spanish.
